In addition to timepieces, the inventory includes a solid selection of leather watchbands or “straps” (no metal bands on the premises) and a smattering of antique fob chains for the pocket-watches Bracco gladly repairs. Though the shop serves everyone from locals to ladies from the Upper East Side looking for a deal, don’t bother bringing in a Timex or Casio—Bracco doesn’t like to waste time on “cheap” watches.
The shop, which enjoys a cheerfully obsessive level of cleanliness, is sited upstairs in the Exchange, behind the Jeweler’s Café.

Mont Blanc NicolasRieussec 1821 chronographs
The first mechanical movement manufactured in Montblanc's own workshops in Le Locle took its inspiration from Nicolas Rieussec's 1821 invention of the world’s first chronograph.
