Watches Repair shop in New York

If youre looking for watch repair shop in New York than Sal Bracco is the place. New York Magazine published Sal Bracco in its watches shop listing as a trusted 'veterans' watches repair outlet in New York.

Here is what is being said about Sal Bracco watch repair.

Having served New Yorkers for more than half a century, Sal Bracco is indisbutably one of downtown’s longest-running master watch repairmen. A certified watchmaker since 1951, Bracco does all repairs himself, right in front of the client; mechanical help comes in the form of a ultrasound cleaning machine, a timing machine for calibration, and three quartz testers.

In addition to timepieces, the inventory includes a solid selection of leather watchbands or “straps” (no metal bands on the premises) and a smattering of antique fob chains for the pocket-watches Bracco gladly repairs. Though the shop serves everyone from locals to ladies from the Upper East Side looking for a deal, don’t bother bringing in a Timex or Casio—Bracco doesn’t like to waste time on “cheap” watches.

The shop, which enjoys a cheerfully obsessive level of cleanliness, is sited upstairs in the Exchange, behind the Jeweler’s Café.

Mont Blanc NicolasRieussec 1821 chronographs

The first mechanical movement manufactured in Montblanc's own workshops in Le Locle took its inspiration from Nicolas Rieussec's 1821 invention of the world’s first chronograph. The hand-wound Montblanc calibre MB R100 is the driving force in the Montblanc Nicolas Rieussec Monopusher Chronograph, featuring a classic column-wheel mechanism and a vertical disc clutch, which ensures virtually friction-free power transmission to the wheels of the chronograph.
